The
Model Rail Gun
by:
Shaun Dychko
These
pages describe the model rail gun I built for the physics demonstration
course, Phys 420, offered at the University of British Columbia.
It has been presented to two grade twelve classes at Lord Byng Secondary
in Vancouver, and to a first year physics class at UBC. The information
in this webpage is designed to challenge physics students at the senior
high school level.
