All you need in this experiment is a beaker, some water, and an overhead projector.  Make sure that the beaker has a rim.  All you need to do is to fill up the beaker with water just below the rim, put it on the overhead projector, turn on the power source, and voila!  You should see a circular rainbow all around the walls of the room.  See Figures 10 and 11.
