This demonstration was presented to two classes at Richmond Secondary School in Richmond BC.  The lesson took place on April 1 2005 with Mr. Freeman's IB Physics 12 class and his science 10 class.  Both classes were great in listening to the presentation and making the little motor for themselves.  The lesson was about 1 hour long, which breaks down into approximately 20 minutes of theory presentation, 15 minutes of demonstration, and 20 minutes of little motor DIY for students in the class.  Also, the last 5 minutes of class was designed for a question/answer session.  The two PowerPoint slides that I attached below are differed slightly due to different level of knowledge in each class.
