The complete design of the ballistic cart can be
accessed from this Onshape Design Link.
1)
Gather
the materials. (wood with holes and grooves, rails, blocker, wood screws,
masking tape) (Note for
drilling the holes on the wood: start by labeling where to screw with a
pencil, then carefully make the holes with an electric drill, remember to
drill from the top side down to avoid chipping. Finally, erase the pencil
lines) 2)
Wrap the
bottom half of the rails with masking tape. (like as shown in green below) 3)
Insert
the rails into the grooves of the wood. (put the half with the masking tape
into the grooves) 4)
Align
the blocker on one end of the wood. Note the two holes on the blocker. 5)
Slowly,
screw the wood screws through the blocker into the wood to connect the
blocker to the wood. 6)
Complete!
