1)                 Find something heavy. (ex: brass)

2)                Find a way to tie a string to it. (and make sure that it's secure) (ex: a tube with a hole on it)

3)                 Tie one end of the string to the heavy object, make sure that the string is long enough so that when set up and having the cart far from the edge, the string can be at the edge of the surface while being attached to the cart.

4)                On the other end of the string, tie a loop so that it can be attached to the cart.

5)                Complete!

Note: You can customize it to make it look pretty and unique!
